أولا : التنسيق بين إدارتي المشتريات والمخازن لتننفيذ طلبات الشراء.
ثانيا : تكليف مندوبي المشتريات لإحضار عروض الأسعار.
ثالثا : الرجوع إلى المخازن للتأكد من رصيد المخزن قبل تنفيذ طلب الشراء.
رابعا : تقديم عروض الأسعار للجنة فنية لتحديد المواصفات الفنية مع تقديم بعض النصائح التي قد تفيد اللجنة فى إختياراتها.
خامسا : إصدار أوامر الشراء على العرض الأفضل أو المعتمد من الجهة الطالبة ، وإرساله للمورد للبدء في التوريد حسب الشروط.
سادسا : متابعة حسابات الموردين وذلك للحفاظ على علاقة إداره المشتريات بالموردين.
سابعا : وضع السياسات التى من خلالها يتم تطوير الأداء وسرعة ودقه تنفيذ طلبات الشراء.
